2. Exit Balboa Avenue - East
3. Almost immediately you are going to make a left on Ruffner St. Ruffner does not have a traffic light. It is after 24-Hour Fitness, and immediately before CarMax.
4. 4542 Ruffner is almost immediately on your left. We are the eastern-most large, blue glass building.
